Scheduler - Closing Date 15.05.26
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Job Type: Full-time (on-site)
Experience Level: 0-2 years
Salary: Dependent on experience
We are looking for a Scheduler to support the effective planning and delivery of doorsets, screens, panels and associated products across our manufacturing operations.
This role plays a key part in coordinating production schedules, aligning internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timelines while meeting quality standards and contractual requirements. You’ll work closely with design, procurement, commercial and production teams to help keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing schedules for doorsets, screens, panels and associated products
- Develop schedules using architectural drawings, specifications and project information
- Update schedules throughout the project lifecycle to reflect RFIs, addendums and change orders
- Regularly review and adjust schedules in response to changes in scope, resources or timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams including technical, procurement, commercial and production planning
- Liaise with customers to ensure alignment with agreed delivery programmes
- Communicate schedule updates, risks and potential delays clearly and promptly
- Track project milestones and lead times against agreed programmes
- Identify scheduling risks and support corrective actions to help projects stay on track
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing project information and changes
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly when resolving scheduling conflicts
- Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Comfortable liaising with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience in project scheduling or planning within a manufacturing or construction environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
