Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Job Type: Full-time (on-site)
Experience Level: 1-2 Years
Salary: Competitive
Key responsibilities
- Ensure materials and services are available to support uninterrupted production.
- Raise and manage purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Resolve shortages, delays, and supplier‑related issues.
- Maintain accurate ERP data, including pricing and lead times.
- Support stock planning through usage, lead‑time, and demand checks.
- Communicate daily with suppliers and monitor performance.
- Investigate and resolve delivery or quality discrepancies.
- Develop category knowledge and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with invoice/PO matching and general procurement admin.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across procurement processes.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in procurement, materials control, or supply chain.
- Strong accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills.
- Comfortable using ERP systems and Excel.
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn.
