We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate joinery and manufacturing projects from pre-contract analysis through to final delivery. This is a dynamic role that blends technical oversight, client communication, and internal collaboration to ensure every project is delivered right first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse architectural schedules, drawings, and specifications (L20 & P21) across varying supply strategies.
- Collaborate with internal drawing and technical teams to streamline schedule sign-offs and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with project schedulers to finalise manufacturing plans and documentation.
- Coordinate sample requests and support commercial recovery efforts.
- Attend site meetings and workshops to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
- Provide weekly updates to clients on delivery timelines and production progress.
- Manage design changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Liaise with production teams to communicate delivery protocols and ensure smooth handovers.
- Support internal coordination meetings and variation recovery processes.
- Conduct final checks on estimating and CNC systems before manufacturing.
- Oversee sample procedures and ensure timely submission of O&M manuals, certificates, and technical submittals.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5–6 years in project management within joinery, manufacturing, or technical office environments.
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent planning and communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a willingness to continuously improve IT skills.
- Confident communicator with internal teams and external clients throughout the project lifecycle.
