Key Responsibilities
- • Select and manage suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high performance.
- • Monitor supplier quality, lead times, and resolve issues promptly.
- • Raise purchase orders, plan materials, and expedite supply to production.
- • Analyse data to anticipate demand and implement corrective actions.
- • Support procurement strategies, identify savings, and manage stock levels.
Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams. - • Resolve invoice queries and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- • Ensure compliance with customer and third-party standards.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement and business performance.

Join Integrated Doorsets as an Estimator and play a key role in delivering high-quality, bespoke doorset solutions across the UK. As part of a rapidly growing group with a £58m+ turnover, you’ll work in state-of-the-art facilities, supporting major national and regional contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- • Prepare accurate quotations for bespoke doorset packages, panelling, and joinery items.
- • Assist customers with project enquiries and technical queries.
- • Review and amend tender documents, identifying value engineering opportunities.
- • Attend internal handover meetings and engage with customers as needed.
- • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure project success.
What We're Looking For
- • Experience in estimating, ideally within doors and doorsets.
- • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- • Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables).
- • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- • Technical understanding of ironmongery is a plus.
