Apprentice Multi Channel Marketer - Closing Date 27.07.26

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join Integrated Doorsets as an Apprentice Multi-Channel Marketer.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real-world experience across digital marketing, content creation and campaign delivery, while learning how marketing supports a fast-paced, growing business.

Working as part of our team, you’ll contribute to live projects that support business growth, customer engagement and brand development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Creating and scheduling content across social media platforms
  • Assisting with website and marketing content updates
  • Coordinating marketing projects and campaign activity
  • Working with colleagues and external partners on marketing materials
  • Supporting photography and videography for campaigns
  • Assisting with internal communications and company updates
  • Helping organise events, exhibitions and promotional activity
  • Attending site visits to capture content and build industry knowledge
  • Managing and organising marketing assets and materials

Estimator - Closing Date 19.06.26

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Salary: Dependent on Experience

We’re looking for a driven Estimator to join our team in Mansfield, playing a key role in turning project enquiries into successful wins.

You’ll produce accurate, commercially sound quotations for bespoke doorset and joinery packages, while reviewing tender documents, identifying risks, and spotting value engineering opportunities. Working closely with sales, customers, and contracts teams, you’ll help ensure projects are clearly defined, competitively priced, and smoothly handed over once secured.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing accurate quotations for bespoke doorset, joinery, and panelling packages in line with commercial targets
  • Reviewing tender documentation to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for clarification
  • Engaging with customers to support project enquiries and provide technical guidance
  • Identifying value engineering opportunities to improve project viability
  • Working closely with sales teams to support tender conversion and project success
  • Supporting handover of secured projects to contracts teams, ensuring a smooth transition

What You'll Gain

  • Experience in estimating or a similar commercial role, ideally within construction or manufacturing
  • Understanding of doorsets, joinery, or related products (ironmongery knowledge beneficial)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed
