Estimator - Closing Date 05.12.25

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 1-3 years

We are looking for a motivated Estimator to join our team at Integrated Doorsets. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations for bespoke doorset, panelling, and joinery projects. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed quotations for bespoke doorset, panelling, and joinery packages
  • Support customers with project enquiries and specific queries
  • Review and amend tender documents as needed
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in project information
  • Attend internal handover meetings and, when required, meetings with customers
  • Collaborate closely with sales and contracts teams

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in estimating, ideally within the doorset or joinery sector
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, formulas, and pivot tables)
  • Understanding of doors, doorsets, and ironmongery is an advantage

Senior Estimator - Closing Date 05.12.25

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 2-5 years

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to take a leading role in our estimating team. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise in doorsets and joinery, mentor colleagues, and help deliver outstanding results for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce quotations for bespoke doorset, ironmongery, and joinery packages, ensuring compliance with certification and industry standards
  • Guide and support customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentor and train team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
  • Provide technical advice on Approved Documents and industry standards
  • Attend project handover meetings and customer meetings, offering design solutions where needed
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and resolve project queries

 

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in estimating, particularly within doorsets, joinery, or ironmongery
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, formulas, and pivot tables)
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and technical requirements
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
