We're looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing & Content Executive to support marketing activity across the wider IDSL Group.
This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to work across multiple brands, sectors and marketing disciplines. You'll support the delivery of content, communications and marketing projects that help our businesses connect with customers, employees and industry stakeholders.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll get involved in a broad range of activities including website content, social media, photography, video, presentations, events, internal communications and printed marketing materials.
No two days are likely to be the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing high-quality work and is keen to contribute to projects that make a genuine difference across the group.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating, updating and optimising content for websites, social media channels and marketing materials.
- Supporting the planning, scheduling and delivery of social media activity across multiple brands.
- Assisting with photography, videography and short-form video content.
- Producing presentations, documents and communication materials for internal and external use.
- Maintaining digital and printed marketing collateral to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Supporting marketing campaigns, projects and wider business initiatives.
- Assisting with events, exhibitions, open days and company activities.
- Organising marketing assets, content libraries and brand resources.
- Liaising with external suppliers including print, signage and branded merchandise providers.
- Managing multiple tasks and helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a marketing, content, digital or communications role.
- Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience creating content for websites, social media and marketing campaigns.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, practical and adaptable approach to work.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a small team.
- An understanding of digital marketing, website content and SEO principles.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design software.
- A full UK driving licence.
Desirable Experience
- Photography and video content creation.
- Website management using WordPress and Elementor.
- Creating brochures, presentations and sales materials.
- Working with print, signage, apparel or creative suppliers.
- Supporting events, exhibitions or internal communications.
- Experience working across multiple brands or business sectors.
